Stone Bank announced the appointment of Nick Roach as its Chief Executive Officer. Nick, 43, was serving as the bank’s President and has been part of Stone Bank since 2010, also serving as a director. He succeeds Marnie Oldner as CEO, who retired in December of 2023.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Arkansas Tech University and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Nick has played a pivotal role in transforming the institution into a major player in the government-guaranteed loan sector. Under his leadership, the bank achieved the prestigious status of being a Top 100 SBA Lender and Top 5 USDA lender. Stone Bank has consistently ranked as one of the leading FSA agriculture lenders with customers in 13 states from Vermont to Texas.
He has served as the President of the National Rural Lenders Roundtable of the USDA in Washington, DC, for the past two years. Additionally, he serves on the Arkansas Capital Corporation Board, a Certified Development Corporation headquartered in Little Rock, AR.
