Morgan brings more than 10 years of financial services and sales leadership experience, including several years in branch management. His background includes branch operations, lending and deposit growth, team development, regulatory compliance and building strong customer relationships.
Most recently, Morgan served as Branch Manager/Banker with U.S. Bank in North Little Rock, where he led high-volume branch operations, managed and developed banking teams, and focused on lending performance, deposit growth and customer service. Under his leadership, his branch ranked among the top performers in its district and nationally within its cohort. Morgan previously served as a Client Relationship Banker with U.S. Bank, developing consumer and small business relationships and providing financial solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
In his new role at Stone Bank, Morgan will lead the Little Rock branch team, strengthen customer relationships and support continued growth in the market.
