Coates brings extensive banking and operations experience, with a background in fraud prevention, compliance review, transaction research, loan documentation and account maintenance. She also has experience with banking regulations, BSA/AML requirements, internal controls and administrative support.
Most recently, Coates served as a Fraud Compliance Specialist II with Simmons Bank, where she investigated suspected fraud and suspicious activity, reviewed account and transaction information for potential risks, and supported compliance reporting and procedures. Her previous experience includes serving as an Operations Assistant with Martin Brower and as a Customer Service Representative and Teller with Bank OZK.
In her new role at Stone Bank, Coates will support the bank’s operational processes, helping ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality service across the organization.
