Hansen brings more than a decade of customer service experience, including extensive experience in the banking industry. Her background includes customer service, cash handling, daily banking operations, sales, problem solving and administrative support.
Hansen most recently served as a Relationship Banker I with Regions Bank in Little Rock, where she handled daily branch operations, processed customer transactions, monitored vault balances and assisted customers with a variety of banking products and services. Her responsibilities also included handling confidential information, maintaining daily reports and supporting staff scheduling.
In her new role at Stone Bank, Hansen will assist customers with their daily banking needs while providing friendly, efficient service and supporting the Little Rock branch team.
