Smith brings a diverse background in leadership, education and team development. He attended the University of Central Arkansas, where he was a 2023 Presidential Scholar Award recipient.
Smith served on active duty in the U.S. Army from 2020 to 2023 as an Indirect Fire Infantryman. During his service, he completed a nine-month rotation to Eastern Europe and gained leadership experience instructing and managing fellow soldiers. He later transitioned into education and coaching, serving as a teacher and coach at Arkansas schools and leading student-athletes in basketball and cross country.
In his new role at Stone Bank, Smith will gain experience across multiple areas of banking while developing the knowledge and leadership skills needed to support the bank and its customers.
