Mr. Oppel brings experience in loan origination and portfolio management to the USDA Government Guaranteed Loan Division. He has experience in underwriting and servicing loans, as well as executive-level experience in the banking industry. His knowledge of government guaranteed loan programs, including the Rural Development program, will be an asset in helping clients access capital to expand their businesses. Mr. Oppel also brings a commitment to serving rural communities in his new role. He is looking forward to working with the bank’s clients to help them secure the financing they need for their business plans.
