General Customer Letter

Dear Valued Stone Bank Customer,

As part of our commitment to remain a leader in banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we will soon be upgrading our computer processing systems. These new systems will help us improve our customer service to you, while enabling us to offer the most up-to-date products and services.

The upgrade will impact the products and services you use here at the bank. As a result of the upgrade, some of our systems may be temporarily unavailable for a short period of time. We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new systems causes you as little disruption as possible.

Upgrade Time Frame
Start: Friday, April 12th, 2019 at 5:00 pm CST Finish: Monday, April 15th, 2019 at 8:00 am CST

Branch Hours
All branches will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12th and reopen at their normal time on Monday, April 15th, 2019.

Account Numbers & Checks
Your account number(s) will not change for any product or service we offer. You may continue using your current checks and deposit slips.

Automated Transfers
If you have set up Overdraft Protection or Automatic Transfers between your accounts here at Stone Bank, these services will continue after the upgrade.

Debit Cards
You will keep your current debit card and your card number will not change.

Our technology upgrade will allow us to process transactions quicker, positively impacting your debit card services. This means that your account balance will reflect up-to-the-minute transactions and will provide more accurate balances that are available for debit card purchases or withdrawals.

Loan Accounts
Loan numbers and payment due dates will stay the same for all customers.

Telephone Banking
Stone Bank will no longer offer Telephone Banking. Please contact any of our Boulder Bankers at 833-253-2265 to set up Internet access for your account.

Statement Format
Statements will feature a new and improved format that will be easier to read and understand.

Extra Statement in April
All checking, savings, and money market account holders, including those who have elected to receive their statements electronically, will receive a paper account statement for activity through April 15, 2019. This statement may reflect fewer days than what you are accustomed to seeing. We will also pay any accrued interest to checking, savings and money market accounts on April 15, 2019.

Notices
All standard bank notices (example: CD maturity notices, overdrafts) will have an improved look and format after the upgrade.

Telephone Customer Service Hours
We have added a dedicated group of employees that can help you with questions about any part of our banking services from checking accounts to online banking. You can reach this team by dialing them directly at 833-253-2265, email us at customerservice@stonebank.com, or by visiting any Stone Bank office. Our schedule of telephone customer service hours to help you during our upgrade is listed below.

8:00am to 5:00pm: Monday, April 15, 2019 – Friday, April 19, 2019.
